A delegation of Danish magazine Billed Bladet was received at Amalienborg Palace where they handed the crown prince and his wife a christening gift for their 3,5 month old son Christian: a sculpture of a polar bear, made by Niels Christian Frandzen from ancient Greenlandic rock.
Billed Bladet is a weekly gossip magazine, focusing on royals, Danish celebs and TV shows. It's a conventional magazine that has a good understanding with Danish court.
That same afternoon other deputations met the couple to hand over gifts for prince Christian. From Danish Parliament the new prince received a pony, named Flikflak.
A look at crown princess Mary of Denmark, from the time she was Mary Donaldson untill today.
