Frederik & Mary attended the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada from the 9th to the 19th of February. While crown prince Frederik of Denmark was present as an official IOC member, Mary had no official activities and was only listed as accompanying her husband. She arrived later. The children were at home in Denmark.

Mary & Frederik attended a hockey competition between Canada and Norway, which Canada won 8-0.
