Mary, Frederik & their two children were enjoying the first lap of their 2 months of summer holidays, spending time with Peter & Caroline Heering and their two daughters at the upmarket Danish coastal town Tisvilde, where the Heerings have a luxury summer cottage.
Mary was spotted wearing a beach dress by Juicy Couture.
Julie Mølsgaard was also among the gang of friends. As were Peter Bang & Julie Meulengracht.
Towards the end of their stay, Frederik & Mary joined Peter & Caroline Heering, Peter Bang & Julie Meulengracht, actor Nikolaj Lie Kaas & his wife, Anne Langkilde at a rock concert organized by the Helenekilde Badehotel, owned by Alexander Kølpin & Sarah Zobel.

Visits to public school 'John Eaton Elementary School', where students presented HC Andersen fairy tales and demonstrate their work with Danish culture in education.
Mary gave a speech where she said: "I am looking forward to hearing and seeing what you have learnt about Denmark. You may not know this, but I was born in Australia, far far away from Denmark. Before I met my husband, I admit that I did not know much about Denmark. So just as you, I had to learn about Danish society, culture and history."
She was wearing a new pearl bracelet by Marianne Dulong.

Visit to youth center "Sitar Arts Center" where 5-12 year olds had been helped by the Washington Ballet for a dance performance of "The Wild Swans".

Official opening of the Odense City Museums' exhibition "The Wild Swans" at the Meridian International Center. The exhibition showed decoupage and costumes designed by queen Margrethe for film "The Wild Swans".
