Australian Reception for the Twins

Crown prince Frederik & crown princess Mary attended a recpeption at the Australian embassy in Hellerup that was organized to mark the birth of their twins, prince Vincent & prince Josephine.

Mary wore a new dress by Hugo Boss and carried a new clutch by Pura Lopez. Her new necklace was custom made by Charlotte Lynggaard (for the jewellery brand Ole Lynggaard).

They were recieved by ambassador James Choi.

Mary was accompanied by her lady-in-waiting, Tanja Doky.

At the opening of CIFF

The first official activity after Mary's summer holidays was dedicated to her patronage CIFF.

Together with her lady-in-waiting, Caroline Heering, she attended the opening of the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair at Bella Center.

For this occasion Mary wore new pumps by Pura Lopez.

Mary was in the very first stage of her pregnancy with Isabella. It wasn't public yet - maybe she wasn't yet aware herself.

State visit from Romania

16 March 2004

Romanian president Ion Iliescu paid a two day state visit to Denmark.

Mary was took part in the gala dinner hosted by queen Margrethe at Amalienborg.

Mary's dress was designed by Henrik Hviid. The fabric was bought at Salamanca market in Hobart, Tasmania - as was shown in the documentary "Mary Elizabeth Donaldson" aired shortly before the wedding.

Her new pearl and aquamarine choker was a present from Frederik.

17 March 2004

The return dinner by president Iliescu was given the next day at the Marriott Hotel in Copenhagen.

Mary's new pumps were by Pura Lopez.

Mary wore a new necklace by Marianne Dulong, and new earrings: Marianne Dulong's "Sommerfugl" gold and Tahiti pearl pair (shop value: 1.475,00 euro).
