Mary & Frederik were guests at the wedding of Louise Iuel Brockdorff and Nikolaj Albinus at Valdemar Slot on the isle of Tåsinge. Louise is baroness Caroline Fleming's younger sister.

Christening of Josephine Fleming

Crown prince Frederik, crown princess Mary and their son Christian assisted at the christening of Josephine Fleming, Mary's godchild.

Mary and family (also the nameless little princess) arrived in the morning. Mary wore a new cardigan by Marc Jacobs.

For the ceremony in the late afternoon, Mary wore a new dress by Hugo Boss.

She also wore a new pearl and diamond ring, from Marianne Dulong.

Josephine is the daughter and second child of Baroness Caroline Iuel-Brockdorff and her British husband Rory Fleming. The couple would split up half a year later.

The christening took place at Caroline's estate, Valdermars Slot on the island of Tåsinge and united the younger generation of Copenhagen's who's who.

Among them was Marie Cavallier, prince Joachim's girlfriend who made her semi-official debut in front of the press. It was Caroline Fleming who had originally presented Marie to Joachim.
