At Legoland

Mary and Frederik visited Legoland in Billund, where they inaugurated a miniature Lego version of Fredensborg palace (their home).

Mary wore a new skirt by Baum und Pferdgarden.

 

She wore a new antique brooch and a new pair of earrings: Marianne Dulong's white gold & Tahitian pearl "Delphis" earrings (shop value: 1.173 euro)

The couple was accompanied by Mary's lady-in-waiting, countess Victoria Bernstoff-Gyldensteen.

Military Parade

5 May 2004

The next prewedding event was a formal salute of the Danish military to the crown prince and his wife to be, at Langelinie in Copenhagen.

Frederik and Mary Donaldson arrived by barge to the Royal yacht Dannebrog. From there they watched the army, navy, Home Guard and air force make their salutes.



Mary wore a new hat by Susanne Juul.

The Donaldson family was present.

Mary's Australian friend Amber Petty watched the entire event from Mary's apartment at Langelinie Quay.
