Rock 'n Royal concert

The prewedding Rock 'n' Royal concert at Parken stadium in Copenhagen was Frederik's idea. Rock bands performed in front of a crowd of 40.000 people to mark the upcoming wedding. It was broadcast live on Danish channel TV2.
Among the bands performing were Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (US), Powderfinger (AUS), Brett Anderson from Suede (UK), Sanne Salomonsen, D-A-D, Pernille Rosendahl, Led Zeppelin Jam, Anders Blichfeldt, Outlandish, Lars H.U.G. and Steen Jørgensen.
5,4 million Danish kroner (724.000 euro) was raised for Red Barnet ('Save the Children'), one of Frederik's patronages.
After the show Fred & Mary met the performing artists.
With Mimi Jakobsen, secretary-general of Red Barnet.
Among the guests were Amber Petty, chief of court Per Thornit and PM Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
Amber Petty wasn't front row with Mary but she was fetched by Mary's lady in waiting when Powderfinger started to play.
Afterwards they met the artists. Here with Powderfinger. Mary carried her new Prada purse.

Royal hunt at Fredensborg

Guests at the annual royal hunt included: count Etienne de Monpezat and his wife, the duke and duchess d'Arenberg, archduke Lorenz of Austria Este, princess Marie Gabrielle of Savoie, prince Philippe von Liechtenstein, count Otto and countess Helle Reedtz-Totth.
Mary was present at the traditional 'ladies lunch'.
