At 13:55 crown princess Mary and her lady-in-waiting, Tanja Doky, arrived at the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek for the annual EliteForsk conference.

The snow and the ever perfectly groomed royal made for a beautiful photo moment.

Mary pro forma handed out the certificates to Denmark's leading scientists.

In the evening Frederik & Mary attended a court dinner for the Danish government and members of parliament alongside queen Margrethe II, prince Henrik, prince Joachim & princess Marie and princess Benedikte at Christiansborg Slot.

As patron of Mary Fonden, crown princess Mary attended a conference on social entrepreneurship at Roskilde University (RUC).

She arrived at 9:55 accompanied by her lady-in-waiting, Caroline Heering.

Mary addressed the auditorium and had lunch at the uni canteen.

New Year's Reception for Patronages 2010

At 11:00 crown princess Mary hosted a new year's reception for her own patronages at Christian VIIIs Palæ at Amalienborg Slot in Copenhagen.

Mary was wearing new rose quartz and diamond "Globe" earrings by Ole Lynggaard. Her new necklace was also by Ole Lynggaard.

As patron, crown princess Mary made a visit to Rare Disorders Denmark. She was briefed on new projects.

That night, at 19:30 Mary attended the Home Guard's new year's concert at the Copenhagen city hall.

She was accompanied by Caroline Heering, who acted as lady-in-waiting.
